Paradise Group hosts La Liste 2027 Korea Awards and gastronomy forum

Paradise Group successfully hosted the ‘La Liste 2027 Korea Awards’ and the ‘Next Gastronomy Korea 2026’ global forum at Paradise City in Incheon. The event highlighted South Korean culinary achievements and explored the future social value of gastronomy.

During the La Liste awards, several Korean restaurants were recognized in the Global Top 1000 selection, including Mingles and Mosu. Special awards were presented to chefs such as Park Ju-eun (Jueun), Bae Kyung-jun (Bonyeon), Cho Woo-ram (Maison Jo), and Cho Hee-sook (Hansik Gonggan).

The accompanying forum, themed ‘Beyond Hospitality: Seeing the Extraordinary in Everyone’, focused on expanding the concept of hospitality to include employees and marginalized groups. Discussions led by international culinary experts, including former Elysée Palace chef Guillaume Gomez, emphasized the importance of talent development and inclusive workplaces. A key focus was placed on the social responsibility of the food service industry, specifically regarding the employment and professional training of people with disabilities to create sustainable jobs.
