Paradise Group to host La Liste 2027 awards and global gastronomy forum

Paradise Group will host the ‘La Liste 2027 Korea Awards’ and the ‘Next Gastronomy Korea 2026’ global forum at Paradise City in Yeongjongdo, Incheon, on the 12th. The event is organized in collaboration with the French-based culinary guide La Liste, which evaluates restaurants, hotels, and pastry shops across 200 countries using data-driven methods.

The awards ceremony will recognize South Korean restaurants and chefs selected for the ‘La Liste 2027’ Global Top 1000. The event will feature prominent international figures, including La Liste President Philippe Faure and former French culinary ambassador Guillaume Gomez. A collaborative gala dinner will showcase a menu created by a group of top-tier chefs, including Choi Hyun-seok and Kang Min-cheol.

The accompanying forum, ‘Next Gastronomy Korea 2026’, will explore the redefining of gastronomy through themes of culture, science, wellness, and social value. Discussions will include roundtable sessions on culinary heritage and the impact of food on human emotions and physical balance, featuring contributions from neuroscientists and medical experts.
