Paragon Theaters to reopen former Rochester cinema with luxury upgrades

Paragon Theaters is set to take over the former CMX Chateau Theater location in Rochester, Minnesota. The company, which previously owned the theater from 2011 to 2017, confirmed it is returning to the area with significant luxury upgrades.

The new facility will feature the Axis15 Extreme experience, utilizing a 15-degree screen tilt, 4K laser projection, and Dolby Atmos immersive audio. Additionally, the theater will introduce the Lux Box Seating concept, offering premium dine-in service with heated reclining leather seats and semi-private viewing areas.
