Paraguay coach Gustavo Alfaro calls up 24 players for training

Paraguay national football team coach Gustavo Alfaro has called up 24 players for a training microcycle at the Centro de Alto Rendimiento Deportivo (CARDE) in Ypané. The sessions are scheduled for October 19 and 20.

The squad is primarily composed of domestic players, with only one player currently competing in an international league (Rosario Central in Argentina). The technical staff intends to use these sessions to closely evaluate players for potential inclusion in upcoming international commitments.

The team is preparing for a tour in Asia during the final FIFA window of the year in November, where they are scheduled to play friendly matches against Singapore and Japan.
