Paraguay's Under-15 national football team concluded their friendly series against Ecuador with a 1-0 defeat in the second match. Julio Mina scored for Ecuador in the 32nd minute. Following the regulation time, Ecuador won the penalty shootout 5-3. These matches served as preparation for the CONMEBOL Liga de Desarrollo, scheduled to begin on September 8 in Paraguay.

Meanwhile, the Paraguayan Under-20 national team is preparing for the Odesur Games in Santa Fe, Argentina, taking place from September 12 to 27. Coach Antolín Alcaraz stated that the team aims to defend their 2022 championship title. The squad is scheduled to begin concentration on September 7, with their debut match against Argentina set for September 17.
