Paraguayan and Panamanian Football Federations Launch Youth Development Programs

The Paraguayan Football Association (APF), together with CONMEBOL, opened a youth‑coach training course attended by directors Douglas Martínez and Javier Valdecantos and led by instructors Jorge Serna, Claudio Vivas and Fernando Fadeville. The programme covers training methodology, planning, technical‑tactical development and group management for coaches of future professional players.

In Panama, the Federación Panameña de Fútbol (FPF) continues its women’s Academy under FIFA’s Talent Development Scheme. The academy trains girls born in 2010‑2012 with a technical staff headed by coach David Reyes, focusing on technical, tactical, physical and psychological preparation to feed the national youth and senior squads.
