Paraguayan police investigate indecent exposure and shooting at women's clothing shop

Police in Paraguay responded to two separate criminal incidents. In the Bernardino Caballero neighborhood, 48‑year‑old Eligio Rodríguez Machuca was reported for exposing his genitals to his 33‑year‑old niece and his mother during a family dispute over property.
