Paraguayan Supreme Court adjusts judicial deadlines in Caraguatay and Villa Ygatimí

The Supreme Court of Justice of Paraguay has issued several administrative rulings affecting judicial deadlines in specific districts.

In Caraguatay, a judicial holiday was declared to commemorate the city’s 256th anniversary, which falls on September 24. Consequently, procedural deadlines originally set for Thursday have been extended to Friday, September 25. The city, founded in 1770, holds historical significance due to its proximity to the Vapor Cué National Park.

In Villa Ygatimí, the Supreme Court has suspended procedural deadlines for the Peace Court for Friday, September 25. This measure was implemented to facilitate the relocation and reorganization of furniture and files as the court moves to its new headquarters located on Mariscal Estigarribia Street.
