Paramount+ announces documentary slate for late 2026 and early 2027

Paramount+ has announced a new slate of documentary films scheduled to premiere between late 2026 and early 2027. The lineup features various high-profile filmmakers and notable figures, including Lawrence Bender, Mohammed Ali Naqvi, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle.

Key upcoming titles include “Hanging By a Wire,” directed by Mohammed Ali Naqvi, which follows a dramatic cable car malfunction that leaves eight passengers suspended over a valley. The film is set to begin streaming on October 28, 2026. Another featured documentary, “The Road Between Us: The Ultimate Rescue,” produced by Lawrence Bender, depicts a rescue mission involving retired Israeli general Noam Tibon during the October 7, 2023, attacks. This film is scheduled to begin streaming on September 29.

Additional projects mentioned in the slate include “Cookie Queens,” which focuses on the entrepreneurial activities of young Girl Scouts.
