Paramount cleared to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery as Bbox offers free Universal+ channels

A US federal judge has authorized Paramount to finalize its acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery. The deal, valued at approximately $110 billion, follows the resolution of legal challenges from 12 states and is expected to close on October 6.

In France, Bbox subscribers will have free access to four Universal+ channels throughout October. The featured channels include Bravo, SciFi, 13ème Rue, and DreamWorks, allowing viewers to explore content ranging from reality TV and pop culture to science fiction and animation without a paid subscription.
