Paramount+ expands cast for Nicole Kidman legal thriller ‘Discretion’

Paramount+ has expanded the ensemble cast for its upcoming legal thriller series, ‘Discretion’. New recurring cast members include Zazie Beetz, Ben Foster, Stella Baker, and John Hoogenakker.

These actors join a lead cast that features Nicole Kidman and Elle Fanning, alongside Josh Lucas, Colton Ryan, and Stephan James. While the new additions' specific roles remain undisclosed, the primary characters have been established: Fanning plays Lenny, a summer associate at a prestigious Dallas law firm, and Kidman portrays Sharon, the firm’s powerful partner.

Adapted from the bestselling short story by Chandler Baker, the eight-episode series explores a dark corporate secret involving non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). The plot follows Lenny as she uncovers a truth that places her in direct conflict with her mentor, Sharon. The production is currently underway, with a scheduled release on the streaming platform in 2027.
