Paramount Land launches Grand Boulevard Aniva in Gading Serpong

Paramount Land has launched Grand Boulevard Aniva, a new commercial project within the Aniva @ Paramount Gading Serpong area. Designed as an urban commercial hub, the project aims to integrate business spaces with public activities, connectivity, and lifestyle elements to strengthen the local ecosystem.

The first phase of the development includes 44 commercial units across three categories: 21 Regular units starting at Rp3.2 billion, 17 Alfresco units starting at Rp3.9 billion, and six Boutique Shops starting at Rp3.6 billion.

Ferry John Sihombing, Director of Sales & Marketing at Paramount Land, stated that the development supports the evolution of Gading Serpong into a complete, vibrant, and integrated self-sufficient city. He noted that the area is increasingly recognized as a dynamic culinary and lifestyle destination within the Jabodetabek region. The company intends to build a business and lifestyle ecosystem that fosters community interaction and long-term investment value rather than focusing solely on physical shop-house construction.
