Paramount Petals wins accessibility award for new township

Paramount Land has received the ‘The Most Excellent New Township with Great Accessibility’ award at the 20th Indonesia Property & Bank Awards (IPBA) 2026. The recognition was presented to the Paramount Petals project, a 400-hectare self-contained township located west of Jakarta.

The development was cited for its commitment to modern infrastructure and high accessibility, specifically its direct access to the Jakarta-Merak toll road at the Jakarta-Tangerang KM 25 section. This infrastructure is projected to reduce traffic congestion on the Bitung artery by approximately 10%, or roughly 19,000 to 20,000 vehicles per day.

Cok Putra Tri Utama, Project Management Director of Paramount Land, stated that the award serves as evidence of the company’s commitment to the national property industry. The IPBA, organized by Journalist Media Network, aims to appreciate contributors to the property, banking, and housing sectors.
