Paramount sets July 2027 release date for Crawl sequel
Paramount Pictures has announced the release date for the sequel to the 2019 horror hit Crawl. Tentatively titled Crawl 2, the film is scheduled to arrive in theaters on July 16, 2027.
Alexandre Aja returns to direct and produce the sequel. The film will star Emily Rudd and Mason Gooding. While specific plot details remain under wraps, reports suggest the story may involve alligators in New York City during a storm. Production is reportedly underway in Hungary.
Additionally, Paramount has adjusted the schedule for the horror sequel Heart Eyes 2, moving its release date up to February 4, 2028.
