Paramount to Adapt Grady Hendrix’s ‘The Final Girl Support Group’

Paramount Pictures announced it is developing a feature‑film adaptation of Grady Hendrix’s bestselling horror novel *The Final Girl Support Group*. The project will be written and directed by Christopher Landon, known for horror titles such as *Happy Death Day* and the *Paranormal Activity* sequels. Hendrix will serve as an executive producer, while producers Andy Muschietti and Barbara Muschietti (Double Dream) and Adam Goldworm (Aperture Entertainment) are attached to the film.

The story follows a group of women who survived a massacre and continue meeting in a support group, only to be hunted again. In addition to this film, Paramount is also developing Hendrix’s sci‑fi novella *Bad Asstronauts*.
