Paramount+ to launch comedy competition ‘Knockout – Botte da comici’

Paramount+ will debut a new comedy competition format titled ‘Knockout – Botte da comici’ in December 2026. Produced by Stand by Me, the show is an Italian adaptation of the Dutch format ‘Knockout Champs’.

The program features a team-based competition where comedians face off in various challenges designed to test their creativity and improvisation. The two teams will be captained by stand-up comedians and ‘Tintoria’ podcast hosts Daniele Tinti and Stefano Rapone.

Diletta Leotta and Costantino della Gherardesca will serve as the show's hosts. During the episodes, a studio audience will vote on the outcomes of each round to determine the winning team and the eventual tournament champions. The series is expected to include international special guests and unexpected twists.
