Key beneficiaries include approximately 400,000 vulnerable adolescents, 50,000 women victims of domestic violence, and 250,000 elderly citizens.
Additional social impacts include support for 2,400 family caregivers, educational and reintegration programs for 41,000 incarcerated individuals, and urban infrastructure improvements, such as LED lighting, for 400,000 residents across 80 low-income municipalities.
