In Paraná, Argentina, Judge María Victoria G. Andrián of Family Court No. 4 ordered that a rock musician be barred from entering bars and cultural venues until he pays more than AR$700,000 in unpaid child support. The ruling also imposed bank account and virtual‑wallet seizures, a suspension of his driver’s licence and registration in the national debtor registry.

In Soyapango, El Salvador, a family‑law judge oversaw a case where a father had accrued roughly US$24,000 in unpaid child‑support obligations for three children over 11 years. The court reached a settlement that reduced the debt to US$24 000, requiring the father to pay US$500 per month for four years and warning that continued non‑payment could lead to asset seizure or imprisonment under the penal code.
