Paraná hosts first state-wide robotics tournament
The Paraná State Department of Education (Seed-PR) is hosting the 1st SEED-PR 2026 Robotics Tournament in Curitiba from September 2 to 4. The event brings together 128 students selected from 32 Regional Education Nuclei, alongside accompanying professionals.
Taking place at the Robotics Hall in the Umbará neighborhood, the competition is held simultaneously with the Robotics Hall and the state stage of the Brazilian Robotics Olympiad (OBR). The tournament aims to provide students with practical learning experiences by combining technological knowledge, logical reasoning, creativity, and teamwork. Education Secretary Roni Miranda noted that investing in robotics promotes student protagonism and prepares them for future challenges.
