Paraná implements tree planting program in southern zone
The Municipality of Paraná has conducted a new reforestation session in the city's southern zone as part of the “Plantamos Futuro” program. During this session, 50 trees were planted with the participation of local residents.
This initiative is part of a broader plan to plant 150 trees in the area, with two additional sessions scheduled for November and December. The program prioritizes native species adapted to the local environment to promote sustainability and combat the effects of climate change.
The project aims to consolidate the second section of the southern urban linear park. Local officials, including Mayor Rosario Romero and Vice Mayor David Cáceres, emphasized the importance of community involvement in maintaining these green spaces to improve the quality of life for residents.
