Paraná Military Police inaugurate Rotam base in Francisco Beltrão

The Paraná Military Police (BPRv) has inaugurated a new Rotam base for the 6th Company in Francisco Beltrão. Located within the Highway Police Station, the facility is designed to support tactical policing on regional state highways.

The new structure aims to improve working conditions for officers and strengthen efforts to prevent and combat crime. Over its first year of operation, the 6th Company's Rotam unit estimated it caused approximately R$ 22 million in losses to criminal activities through the seizure of drugs, contraband, and illicit goods.

The BPRv highlighted that successful operations are the result of integrated efforts between the Paraná Military Police and other institutions, including the 21st and 3rd Military Police Battalions, the Santa Catarina Military Police, the Federal Revenue Service, the Federal Highway Police, and the Federal Police.
