Paraná prosecutor Rogério Rudiniki Neto dies at 35

Rogério Rudiniki Neto, a 35-year-old prosecutor for the Public Ministry of Paraná (MP-PR), passed away on Wednesday, September 9. Rudiniki Neto had been a member of the MP-PR since 2017.

In addition to his legal career, he maintained a significant academic presence. He held a Master’s degree in Law from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) and was a doctoral candidate at the University of São Paulo (USP). He was also active as a professor, researcher, and author of legal books and articles.

The Paranaense Association of the Public Ministry (APMP) issued a statement expressing deep regret over his premature death, noting his dedication to his institutional mission and offering condolences to his family and the legal community. The cause of death has not been disclosed.
