Paranaguá Program provides port sector training for Ilha dos Valadares residents

The Leme Paranaguá Program is conducting its second cycle of vocational training on Ilha dos Valadares. The initiative, supported by the Paranaguá City Hall, aims to provide 105 young people and adults with professional skills.

Participants, aged 16 and older, are receiving training in socio-emotional competencies such as communication, teamwork, and crisis management, alongside technical instruction for the port sector. Specific courses include Warehouse Clerk, Port Operations Assistant, and Gate Operational Assistant. The program seeks to increase local access to professional opportunities and prepare residents for the regional labor market.
