The Court of Accounts of the State of Paraná (TCE-PR) has identified potential irregularities regarding a R$ 62.9 million construction project on Avenida Senador Atílio Fontana in Paranaguá. The investigation focuses on actions taken during the administration of former mayor Marcelo Roque.

Technical analysis by the Court's Supplementary Instruction and Support Coordination (CAIS) points to issues involving budgetary support, project planning, design changes, and the specific manner in which the contract was terminated. The contract in question, No. 095/2023, involved the Consórcio Alexandra.
