Paranavaí announces new Christmas attractions and musical programming for 2026

Paranavaí is planning new Christmas attractions and musical programming for 2026. The project includes expanded lighting and new decorative elements in the commercial center and other municipal points. Installation is expected to begin in the first half of November, with the project currently in the bidding phase.

The musical schedule is set to begin on November 15 with a performance by the band Nenhum de Nós, marking the end of the Paranavaí Music and Poetry Festival (Femup) and the start of holiday activities. Special lighting is scheduled to commence on December 4, with singer Dino Fonseca performing to mark the opening of the holiday shopping season.

Local authorities aim to use the decorations to attract residents and visitors to the city center to stimulate the local economy. Previous investments in holiday decorations included approximately R$ 2.6 million in 2024 and R$ 3.5 million in 2025.
