Paranavaí ranks as national leader in several Brazilian export categories
Paranavaí has emerged as a national leader in several export categories in Brazil between January and August 2026. According to data from the Ministry of Development, Industry, Commerce and Services, the municipality secured the first place nationally in the export of forage products and roots, totaling US$ 346,500.
Additionally, the city ranked second in the export of flours, semolinas, and legume/root powders (US$ 1.91 million) and in hormones and prostaglandins (US$ 141,900). Other notable rankings include third place in live swine exports (US$ 242,200) and fifth place in starches, feculas, and inulin (US$ 1.85 million).
Within the state of Paraná, Paranavaí holds the top position in eight product groups, including fruit juices, which reached US$ 30.5 million, and essential oils, totaling US$ 13.9 million.
