Parauapebas advances land regularization for Tropical Project

The City Hall of Parauapebas has advanced the land regularization process for the Tropical Project. Documentation for the fourth stage of the Urban Land Regularization of Social Interest (Reurb-S) was filed with the 1st Real Estate Registry Office.

This initiative aims to provide legal security and housing rights to low-income families by formally recognizing property ownership. The process involved extensive technical work, including field surveys, family registration, and document analysis. The registry procedure is expected to conclude by November 9, 2026.
