Parauapebas youth complete employability training program

The Jovens Protagonistas e Empregabilidade project, an initiative by the Municipal Secretariat of Youth (Sejuv), recently held a certification ceremony for students at Faruk Salmen School in Parauapebas.

Over 36 hours of training, adolescents received instruction on both theoretical and practical topics essential for entering the workforce. The curriculum included resume building, professional posture, communication, interview techniques, teamwork, and socio-emotional intelligence.

The program aimed to provide students with the tools to navigate the job market while fostering autonomy, responsibility, and the confidence to make independent professional choices.
