Paraulògic word game reaches three million users in Catalonia

The Catalan word game Paraulògic, created by Rodamots in late 2021, has established itself as a significant cultural phenomenon. Since January 2022, the game has attracted nearly three million unique users, maintaining an average of 90,000 daily players and over 375,000 monthly users.

The game challenges players to find as many word combinations as possible from a set of letters, with one mandatory central letter. To ensure linguistic accuracy, the system validates words using the Diccionari de la llengua catalana from the Institut d’Estudis Catalans.

As the game marks five years of popularity, the community is expanding beyond digital screens. The third Paraulògic League is currently underway, entering its second phase on October 1. The competition is scheduled to run until November 28, concluding with a live final in Barcelona.
