Parc Astérix increases daily parking fees to 25 euros

Parc Astérix has implemented a price increase for its daily parking, raising the cost from 20 to 25 euros effective Saturday, October 3.

The park management stated that the adjustment is part of a 250 million euro investment plan aimed at developing the resort. This plan includes modernizing parking areas through the installation of photovoltaic panels and electric vehicle charging stations, with a goal of having 350 charging points within three years. Additionally, the park cited rising operational costs driven by inflation, specifically regarding energy and payroll.

The price hike coincides with the start of the ‘Fear on the Park’ seasonal event. While the change is part of long-term infrastructure goals, it has drawn criticism from visitors on social media.
