Parc Chanot to host Marseille-Cassis Expo Village and HeroFestival

The Parc Chanot in Marseille will host two major events in late 2026. The Expo Village for the 47th edition of the Marseille-Cassis race will be open on October 23 and 24, 2026. Located at the Palais de la Méditerranée, the village serves as the official site for participants to collect race bibs and official t-shirts. The site will offer expert advice, information points, and various partner exhibitions to assist athletes with final preparations.

Following this, the HeroFestival is scheduled for November 7 and 8, 2026, at the same venue. The twelfth edition of the pop culture festival will span approximately 30,000 square meters and feature over 100 guests and artists. The event covers diverse interests including manga, comics, video games, cosplay, and medieval themes, reflecting the transition of these interests from niche hobbies to mainstream family entertainment.
