PARCO_ya Ueno hosts immersive suspense event ‘Touyaku Jiraku’

PARCO GAMES and Uzu Production are hosting a touring immersive suspense event titled ‘Touyaku Jiraku’ at PARCO_ya Ueno from August 28 to September 30. The production is an experiential entertainment piece where participants act as protagonists in a story that unfolds within a real commercial facility.

In this format, the narrative progresses based on the participants' conversations with characters and their own decisions, meaning the information gathered and the resulting story can vary for each individual. This event follows a highly successful run at Ikebukuro PARCO, where all 1,135 scheduled performances sold out.

Kento Ishii, a producer for PARCO GAMES, stated that the project aims to expand the concept of gaming by incorporating real-world spaces and social interactions. While this production uses the same story base as the previous run, it features a new venue and a different cast to provide a unique experience.
