Paredes de Coura Festival and Gramado Summit highlight cultural identity

The Paredes de Coura Festival in Portugal continued its second day with a diverse musical lineup. Performances included singer-songwriter Miguel Maroco, who delivered unique arrangements on the Jazz na Relva stage, and Salvador Sobral. The event also featured the group A Garota Não, whose performance included political themes and social critiques.

In Brazil, the Gramado Summit is preparing its 10th anniversary edition with the theme ‘Made in Brasil’. CEO Marcus Rossi stated the theme aims to celebrate Brazilian identity, creativity, and innovation by drawing inspiration from national movements like Tropicália and the Anthropophagic Manifesto. The event seeks to highlight how Brazil absorbs global influences and transforms them into unique cultural and entrepreneurial assets.
