Parfait Guiagon transfers from Charleroi to Al-Taawoun

Ivorian attacking midfielder Parfait Guiagon has officially transferred from Charleroi to the Saudi Arabian club Al-Taawoun. The deal is reported to be worth approximately 4.3 million euros, with additional bonuses possible.

Guiagon joins the Saudi side after three seasons with Charleroi, during which he made 108 appearances, scoring 26 goals and providing 18 assists. His departure follows a period of tension at the Belgian club, including a reported altercation with Mehdi Bayat following a match against Louvain. The player has signed a contract with Al-Taawoun that runs until 2029.
