Paribus Finance launches 5.5% secured corporate bond

Paribus Finance GmbH has launched its first secured corporate bond, the 2026/30 series (ISIN: DE000A460QL9), with an issuance volume of up to 10 million euros. The bond offers a fixed annual coupon of 5.5%, paid semi-annually, with a regular maturity date of March 20, 2030. The issuer maintains the option to extend the term until March 20, 2032, at which point the interest rate increases to 6.5% per annum.

The net proceeds, approximately 9.5 million euros, are designated for the acquisition of shares in the Paribus Technologiezentrum Berlin public AIF. This fund holds a 37,000 square meter office, research, and laboratory campus located in Berlin-Spandau. To provide additional security for bondholders, these fund shares will be pledged.

The campus is currently leased to BSH Hausgeräte GmbH, a subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH, which utilizes the site as a research and development center for laundry care. The lease agreement runs until August 31, 2036, and includes annual rent adjustments based on the consumer price index. The public offering is available in Germany and Luxembourg until late February 2027.
