Paris celebrates architectural innovation and creative talent

The Atelier Architecture Perraudin, winner of the 2024 Grand Prix National de l’Architecture, will hold an exhibition at the Cité de l'architecture et du patrimoine from October 16, 2026, to January 3, 2027. Titled ‘L’architecture ? C’est fait pour rendre les gens heureux !’, the showcase explores nearly fifty years of research by Gilles Perraudin and the atelier. The exhibition focuses on constructive sobriety, utilizing materials like stone and earth to address climate challenges and environmental impact through projects in France, Romania, and Senegal.

In Paris, the city has announced the 2026 winners of the Grands Prix de la Création. Held at the Hôtel de Ville, the ceremony recognizes emerging talents in design, fashion, and arts and crafts. Winners include the design duo Behaghel Foiny, fashion designer Anthony Calydon, and various specialists in jewelry and leather goods. The awards are divided into ‘Prix Révélation’ for promising projects and ‘Prix Engagement’ for established innovation and entrepreneurship.
