Paris Jackson details childhood rules at Neverland Ranch
Paris Jackson has provided new details regarding her upbringing at her father Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch, clarifying misconceptions about her childhood. Speaking on the ‘Call Her Daddy’ podcast, the 28-year-old explained that the estate’s famous amusement park rides and zoo were not intended for her and her siblings, Prince and Bigi, to use freely.
According to Paris, the attractions were reserved for underprivileged and terminally ill children. Access to the rides and animals was treated as a reward for completing chores, homework, and schoolwork. She noted that her early years were highly structured, involving homeschooling within the estate and strict rules regarding screen time, such as limited television and movie access.
Paris also addressed the duration of her time at the California estate, stating that she only lived there for the first few years of her life rather than growing up there entirely. She described a childhood characterized by frequent moves and a consistent emphasis on discipline and academic responsibility.
