Paris Jackson discusses childhood at Neverland and personal growth

Paris Jackson, the 28-year-old daughter of Michael Jackson, has shared insights into her upbringing and personal evolution during an appearance on the podcast ‘Call Her Daddy’.

Reflecting on her childhood at the Neverland ranch in California, Jackson described a disciplined routine. She noted that despite the property's famous attractions, such as a zoo and amusement park, access to these amenities was strictly contingent upon completing schoolwork and domestic chores. She clarified that the attractions were primarily intended for underprivileged and terminally ill children rather than for her and her siblings, Prince and Bigi.

Jackson also discussed her journey toward personal autonomy and her decision to cancel her engagement to music producer Justin Long in July 2025. She explained that the decision was necessary for her happiness and emotional coherence, stating that being with a good person is not a sufficient reason to commit to marriage if it is not the right path for one's future.
