Paris Jackson discusses relationship with mother Debbie Rowe

Paris Jackson has shared details regarding her childhood and her eventual relationship with her biological mother, Debbie Rowe. During an appearance on the podcast ‘Call Her Daddy’, Jackson discussed growing up primarily under the care of her father, Michael Jackson, and her grandmother, Katherine Jackson, following her parents' divorce in 2000.

Jackson noted that while she felt curiosity about her mother around age 10, she did not feel a pressing need for a maternal figure during her early years. The first personal meeting between Jackson and Rowe occurred when Jackson was 15 years old. She described the encounter as natural and spontaneous, noting that she approached Rowe in the living room and simply addressed her as ‘mom’.

Jackson emphasized that entering the relationship without specific expectations allowed for an organic connection to develop. The bond has since strengthened over the years, with Jackson noting similarities in their personalities and interests.
