Paris luxury real estate: New hotel suites and Al-Thani mansion auction

High-end luxury real estate and hospitality developments are making headlines in Paris. The Royal Madeleine Paris has introduced a new Signature Suite, an 80 to 85 square meter duplex located in the 8th arrondissement near Passage Puteaux. Designed by Effe Architecture, the contemporary space features two levels, a marble fireplace, and wellness amenities including a jacuzzi and sauna.

Separately, Sotheby's has unveiled the interior of a legendary Parisian mansion on Avenue Charles Floquet, currently owned by the Al-Thani family of Qatar. The residence, which has hosted historical figures such as Salvador Dalí and Yves Saint Laurent, will be the subject of a major auction in November. The sale will feature over 1,400 items, including paintings, furniture, and decorative arts, showcasing a blend of French Grand Siècle and Art Deco styles.
