Paris Major: Sánchez and Ustero reach semifinals

The Alpine Paris Major Premier Padel tournament has reached its decisive stages at Roland Garros. In the women's draw, the third-seeded Spanish duo Ari Sánchez and Andrea Ustero secured a spot in the semifinals after defeating Alejandra Salazar and Aranza Osoro with a score of 6-3, 3-6, and 6-2.

In the men's competition, Edu Alonso and Aimar Goñi advanced to the quarterfinals by defeating Madrid P1 finalists Mike Yanguas and Coki Nieto (4-6, 6-3, 6-2). They are set to face Ale Galán and Fede Chingotto next. Defending champions Agustín Tapia and Arturo Coello also moved forward with a victory over Álex Ruiz and Javi García.

The tournament saw the exit of French player Thomas Leygue, who fell to Franco Stupaczuk and Jon Sanz. Other notable advancements include Paquito Navarro and Martín Di Nenno, who defeated Javi Martínez and Luis Hernández to join the quarterfinal lineup.
