Paris prepares for Pizza Week and major Italian restaurant openings

Paris is set to host the second edition of Pizza Week from October 12 to 17, 2026. Co-organized by the international guide 50 Top Pizza and the distributor Mammafiore, the event will feature 19 establishments across 15 pizzeria brands. The program includes collaborative dinners between master pizzaiolos and renowned chefs, wine and beer pairings, live culinary performances, and limited-edition pizzas.

In related culinary news, the Florentine street food brand All’Antico Vinaio is opening a massive new location in Montmartre on October 8, 2026. Located at 2 rue Lepic, the 500-square-meter venue will span four levels and serve as the brand’s largest restaurant in the world, featuring on-site bread production, a service counter, and a seated dining area.
