Paris Saint-Germain managing squad changes and contract renewals

Paris Saint-Germain is actively managing its roster following a significant injury to Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, who suffered a ruptured ACL during a Champions League match against Barcelona. While manager Luis Enrique stated that the injury does not necessitate an immediate winter signing, he remains open to market opportunities if the team requires them.

The club is also focused on long-term stability through contract negotiations. PSG has reportedly made a first verbal offer to Désiré Doué, aiming to extend his stay until 2031 or 2032 with a substantial salary increase. The club is also looking to secure Kvaratskhelia with a similar long-term extension despite his recovery timeline.

Regarding the existing squad, midfielder Vitinha has reportedly rejected interest from major European clubs, including Real Madrid and Barcelona, expressing his desire to remain in Paris. Additionally, the club continues to evaluate options for its future stadium, with a decision expected by late autumn regarding potential sites in Poissy, Massy, or the Parc des Princes.
