Ibrahim Mbaye Transfer Saga: PSG Demands €50 Million, Multiple Clubs Interested

Paris Saint‑Germain have set a minimum price of €50 million for the sale of 18‑year‑old Senegalese winger Ibrahim Mbaye, who is under contract until 2028. The club insists no offer below that figure will be accepted.

Several European clubs have been linked to the player, including Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea, Borussia Dortmund, Bayer Leverkusen, RB Leipzig and others. Mbaye’s representation has been taken over by agent Jorge Mendes, and the player has expressed a preference for a move to the Premier League.

Separately, journalist Romain Molina alleged that Mbaye’s family had made extensive financial demands in negotiations. Mbaye replied on Instagram, calling the claims “calumnies” and defending his parents. Reports also mention growing tension with PSG over Mbaye’s ego, late training arrivals and limited playing time, which have further fueled speculation about his departure.

To date, no official bid has been confirmed, and negotiations remain in the early stages.
