Ousmane Dembélé to extend PSG contract until 2030
Ousmane Dembélé is set to extend his contract with Paris Saint-Germain until June 2030. The 2025 Ballon d'Or winner has reportedly reached an agreement with the club, despite interest from Saudi Arabian clubs. The new deal will add two years to his current commitment, which was originally set to expire in 2028.
As the football season progresses, attention is also turning toward the 2026 Ballon d'Or. The shortlist of 30 nominees is scheduled to be released on September 8, with the ceremony taking place in London on October 26. This edition marks the 70th anniversary of the award and will pay tribute to the first winner, Sir Stanley Matthews.
Following Dembélé's success, several PSG players are considered strong candidates for future individual honors. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has emerged as a prominent contender for the 2026 award, with some experts highlighting his pivotal role in the club's recent European achievements.
