Paris Saint-Germain targets multiple high-value players

Paris Saint-Germain is actively pursuing several high-profile targets to strengthen its squad under the direction of sporting advisor Luis Campos and manager Luis Enrique.

One primary focus is 18-year-old Brazilian defensive midfielder Luis Pacheco from Palmeiras. Campos has reportedly dispatched emissaries to Brazil to monitor the player, who possesses a release clause estimated at 100 million euros. This move aligns with PSG’s strategy of recruiting young South American talent, following previous acquisitions like Lucas Beraldo and Gabriel Moscardo.

Additionally, PSG is interested in JJ Gabriel, a 16-year-old prospect from Manchester United. Despite interest from Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Bayern Munich, PSG remains in the race, though they face competition and high salary demands from the player's representatives.

In Spain, PSG has also expressed a strong interest in Barcelona midfielder Pedri. While the club views him as a priority for their technical midfield, Barcelona has signaled that the player is non-transferable, citing a release clause of one billion euros.
