Park City announces two new hotel developments for 2027

Park City, Utah, is seeing significant hospitality expansion with the announcement of two new hotel developments.

Outbound Hotels has opened reservations for Outbound Park City, a reimagined 180-room alpine retreat scheduled to debut in early 2027. The 4.5-acre property will feature outdoor-focused amenities, including two courtyards with a pool, hot tub, and an après courtyard with fire pits. The hotel will also host two food and beverage concepts: Billy & Co, a modern mountain diner, and June Bar, a cocktail lounge.

Additionally, The Stelle, an 84-room luxury boutique hotel, is set to open in summer 2027 near the gateway to Deer Valley East. Part of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts L. V. X. Collection, the property will offer studios and multi-bedroom suites, including specialized wellness suites. The development arrives as the Deer Valley East area undergoes significant expansion, positioning Park City as a premier year-round luxury destination.
