Park City dentist charged with felony drug distribution and sexual misconduct

Benjamin James Wilson, a 48-year-old dentist with Mountain High Family Dental in Park City, Utah, has been charged with multiple offenses following allegations of sexual misconduct and drug distribution involving a 16-year-old girl.

According to court records and reports from the Summit County Sheriff’s Office, the teenager alleged that Wilson provided her with alcohol, marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms, and MDMA during a visit in June. The victim also stated that Wilson administered nitrous oxide at his dental practice and engaged in inappropriate sexual conduct by requesting she touch his genitals in exchange for more drugs.

The Summit County Attorney’s Office filed several charges against Wilson, including two second-degree felonies for the distribution of a controlled substance. He also faces a Class A misdemeanor for unlawful sexual conduct with a teenager, a Class A misdemeanor for furnishing alcohol to a minor, and a Class B misdemeanor for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
