Park City hosts inaugural Chef’s Table Festival

The Park City area is celebrating a significant culinary milestone following the successful inclusion of Utah and the Wasatch Back in the Michelin Guide Southwest. To mark this achievement, the inaugural Chef’s Table Festival is being held in Park City, organized by the Wasatch Culinary Collective—a partnership between the Park City Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau, Visit Salt Lake, and Sundance Resort.

The festival features approximately 70 acclaimed chefs, including globally recognized names such as Massimo Bottura, Francis Mallmann, Virgilio Martínez, Nancy Silverton, and Sean Brock. The event includes various dining experiences, such as the Fire Garden and Sunday Brunch, with Le Depot on Main serving as a central hub. This initiative aims to bolster Park City’s four-season economy by highlighting its diverse dining scene beyond the winter ski season.

In the broader region, Salt Lake City’s culinary identity continues to evolve, characterized by chef-driven tasting menus and diverse international influences. Notable establishments contributing to the city’s reputation include Manoli’s, which offers modern Mediterranean flavors; The Pearl, known for Vietnamese-inspired cuisine; and the long-standing Mexican institution Red Iguana.
