The controversy began when former singer Ko Young-wook criticized Park’s fashion choices, suggesting her lifestyle was excessive and implying her husband, actor Ryu Soo-young, would have to work tirelessly to support her spending.

Park addressed the remarks by sharing photos on social media showcasing her “high and low” fashion style, which involves mixing expensive designer items with more affordable accessories from online retailers. In her posts, she displayed a relaxed lifestyle, including photos from a swimming outing where she featured both luxury items and casual attire.

Ko Young-wook, who previously worked with Park in the 2011 drama “High Kick! Revenge of the Short Legged,” has since moved away from mainstream entertainment and has been active primarily through social media.
